Ionic bricked after update

I haven't always loved my Ionic like I want to but I keep trying. Flyer never connects, functions work when they want to, etc. After the update, I noticed it was slow to sync. Then the other day, I woke and and checked my sleep. It wouldn't refresh. I then went for a walk and after looked at my watch and saw my progress; 0 steps for the day. I restarted both the watch and phone (Galaxy S9+) and it started tracking. But I didn't have my sleep or am steps tracked. I woke up this morning and the same thing. I did the same fix, nothing happened. I reset to factory settings, repaired to my phone. Now the "Download the Fitbit app to begin" or whatever message is scrolling in different languages. I can't get it to do anything else. Is there any type of fix?!
