My ionic Home Screen went black for 20 minutes and came back on with the brightness changed to dim.  When I tap on brightness in settings nothing happens.  I can change everything else like screen awake time but not the brightness   What else can I do to change brightness

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend checking if Sleep Mode is turned off in quick settings on your watch: swipe down from the top of your screen. After your notifications appear, swipe down again to open the control center. Tap the quick settings icon. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
