Hi all,
I've been using my Ionic since 2018, but a recent software update made the left (back) button unusable. The left button does not respond to any clicks during normal usage. The physical button is still functional as I can press the left and bottom right buttons to reboot the watch, but the software update made it unresponsive during normal usage.
I contacted Fitbit customer service but they refused to fix it or send me a replacement since it's outside the warranty period. It's bs as it was working fine before the software update.
Has anyone experienced this, and what's the best solution?

Bump to see anyone can offer any suggestions. It seems like an easy fix if I can downgrade the software to the previous version, any thoughts?
