My Ionic has developed a fault whereby the buttons have stopped working or are performing random tasks. Left button now fails to wake the device up to the clock screen - this function is now performed by the top right button.
The bottom left button opens the Alarms screen - but I cannot then escape from this screen - none of the buttons work to get back to the main clock screen.
Device is also failing to sync & refresh.
I have tried a factory reset and reinstalled - now cannot install or update any apps.
Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Community @JohnG237. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
If your button start working again, you can try this syncing troubleshooting to get your Ionic syncing again.
Let me know how it goes.

Sorry I did not get back to you.
The proposed solution did not fix the problem, and I am still unable to use the left button on my Ionic smartwatch.
I think my watch my need a repair. It is just over a year old (purchased on 20/09/18), and the issue occurred within a year so I believe this should be covered under warranty.
