Ionic call notifications from galaxy s7

Picked up my ionic on the weekend and still finding my way around it! Notifications seem to be working ok, except when call notifications show they just display the name of the caller. I notice in the fitbit promotional images there is a green phone icon on the bottom right hand corner and a red phone icon on the top right corner. For some reason these do not show. Are they working for anyone else?

@SunsetRunner Unfortunately, it only works for iOS users. They are the only ones that are able to accept or dismiss phone calls
