I've been trying to sync my Ionic to my phone fora while now. It gets to the point where it gives me a pin number and then encounters an error.
I've tried restarting my phone, restarting the Ionic, re-installing the app, turning my bluetooth on and off etc, but none of it seems to work.
I also tried adding the device on my mac, but the Ionic doesn't seem to be available on the list of devices that can be synced.
Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks

@JR7 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
It seems like your Ionic isn't paired to your account anymore and that's why it's showing you a pin number and then it doesn't set up. I would like you to confirm you've tried this procedure and if you continue receiving the same error message, let me know the phone you're using.
