Hi Team,
I just bought my Ionic yesterday, and today it would not sync to my phone anymore. I did a factory reset on my Ionic. And now its totally hopeless, unreachable by my phone's bluetooth. Please help. I think there is something wrong with my Ionic's bluetooth .

@NastiasnWelcome and I'm sorry you maybe having issues.. My Sony XP premium works perfectly and in my signature you can see what levels of Firmware etc I'm up to..
I find if you start your syncing on the phone and it "wheelies", I stop the Bluetooth on the phone, have the Ionic sync fail and then let Fitbit restart it.. Seems to work.
I also keep an eye on the PC Dashboard because I have found that the process appears to be.
1. Go the Fitbit account on the Server. Results are here first before the phone.
2. Then come back to the phone
3 Eventually the Phone Dashboard will show the results..
I have proved this many times because the sleep record and the RHR always shows on the PC first.. and the turnaround time could be anything over 3 minutes.. Other times it syncs when you open the App..

Thank you very much for your reply! My Ionic managed to sync again to my phone now. Glad there's such helpful people in this community here😊
