Ionic changing screen on its own

Hi 

I’ve had my ionic for only a couple of months and this week it’s started changing screen on its own to either messages or run. I’ve reset it but it’s still doing it, anyone else got this problem?

It's pretty weird that your Ionic is changing screens on its own. In this case, I would like you to confirm you've tried restarting following the steps mentioned in this article.

yes I did it as I should do. It hasn’t done it last few days so I thought maybe it had sorted itself out, but it started again yesterday it’s not all the time as gathered but I don’t think it should be happening never the less.

i usually notice it when it vibrates when it switches to messages.

my ionic is getting worse, over the past few weeks. I think I should actually get in touch with Fitbit. Has anyone got any ideas please.
