Love the device, but the charging is diabolical. Intermittent, hard to get going, and unreliable. I usually get it happening eventually after many attempts, but one day it's not going to work. It's not good enough, really. I've tried all the fixes suggested and some of them work sometimes. I just want to be able to charge it the way it's meant to be charged.

yep, done all that. I always (thus far) get it going eventually. I just
wish it would plug in and start charging without all the run around
