Ionic charging less than 6 hours

Hi, I recently switched from Charge2 to Ionic and the battery barely last 1/4th of day long .  It takes over an hour to charge and then it barely holds a 6 hour charge...  I initially thought it was because I ran and swam quite a bit during the first few days after I bought it, but still doesn't hold a charge when I do nothing.  Is this normal or is there a setting that could be causing the battery drain?   Reason I bought the Ionic is that it holds a charge longer (up to 4 days) than the Apple Watch.  Thanks!

Agreed, contacting Support was the right thing to do. For the record, the battery on the Ionic and Versa should last about 4 days, depending on the use of the watch.
