Tried all the tips on re-boot and start up etc. And it won’t start up. Can it be replaced?

Trying to save you some time by saying I think you should mention if it is still under warranty??

Maybe check what the policy is from where you live.

Usually 1 year or 2 depending.

I imagine when support writes in response that would be one of the first question they want to know.

But if it just died with no apparent reason and your within the warranty I think you can get a replacement.

Good Luck and if by chance your out of warranty and are a bit of a techie there are enough walk through vids on YouTube that you may wanna roll the dice and see if you can fix it yourself instead of popping another $250 for another if that's what you would choose.

Again, Hope it works out for you! 😎
