Ionic constantly disconnecting from iphone

For the past week I my ionic has been constantly disconnecting from my iPhone. I’ve had it for 7-8 months with no problem, but just recently it isn’t working. It’s frustrating because it’s quitting mid workout, I’m missing my notifications, and many more! Restarting the Fitbit doesn’t work. Forcing the app closed worked for like 2 hours, but now is back to its old games. What is going on?
