I've read a lot of support articles about how to resolve syncing/notification issues but a reboot of my watch resolves the issues. The problem is that I have to do this a least once a day to get my notifications back. I will then once again start giving me the notifications I want but somewhere within a few hours they will stop again.
I've Uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it still stops randomly getting messages. I've turned off notifications on the app then Rena bled them, numerous reboots of both watch and phone.Still behaves erratically. Any other suggestions?

First, I appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the settings in order to receive notifications on your iPhone XR device are correctly configured. After verifying such settings, please move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
