Ionic crashed last night

Last night my Ionic Wouldn't turn on no matter which buttons I pressed at 70% charge. I eventually got it to turn on by plugging it to a charger, however now my battery is draining at an incredible rate I have been averaging 25% a day for the past 9 months now I my ionic is dead from 85% in less than 12 hours. I have tried restarting it and that did nothing.

On a side note all of my apps disappeared and I only have the clock, setting, fitness available on my watch, can someone explain what happened?

@biggyrobs Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for sharing the experience you have had with Ionic battery lately. Thanks for trying the restart steps in order to sort this out.

It is strange that the apps disappeared. There are some clock faces that may not work properly on the watch and may drain battery pretty fast. Please try changing your clock face to another one. Also, check these tips to improve the battery power on your watch.

If this doesn't work, please try a factory reset on your watch.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
