hey
have ready the other threads and it says a fix is coming...for a few years now!!!
i don't seem to be able to reply to those threads for some reason, so started a new one
i too have the issue of the ionic crashing when exercising.
in 6 months of ownership its probably happened 6 times...and it always crashes about a minute after starting the exercise...once it resets, its fine...
is there any known fix, eta (i don't want to hear the scripted response of 'we are working on it'), or can i please have instructions on how to get a refund for a device which is not fit for purpose
thanks
scott

Welcome back to the Community @Scottbunnett. I appreciate the research done prior posting.
Your feedback and comments are appreciated, we're always striving to improve our services and trackers. At the moment, I don't have an estimated timeframe about when this will be fixed, rest assure that our team is aware of it and we expect to have it fixed as quickly as possible.
You can learn more about Fitbit Warranty here.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

so it crashed again, and drained the battery (50% in 10min)
to be honest i've seen you post the same comment/message that "rest assure that our team is aware of it and we expect to have it fixed as quickly as possible. "
i see that as a cop out and fitbit doesn't have a plan to resolve/fix for this watch.
so, after 6 months, i returned to the store i purchased from for a full refund, and bought a garmin instead...
when i returned the fitbit, i received a cheeky comment from the sales guy, "yeah these are flakey aren't they"
thanks fitbit - over and out!

Thanks for getting back @Scottbunnett.
Your feedback is appreciated, we're always working to improve our services and Fitbit devices. When there's a bug, we update the threads based in the information that we receive and we don't usually provide a timeframe about when this will be resolved to avoid any confusion.
Hope you can give Fitbit another opportunity in the future.
