Ionic current heart rate differs between device and app

Had been questioning that my heart rate was as low as it was and then I noticed that the device is showing much lower than what the app is showing.  I ha e them in sync.  How do I calibrate the heart rate?  See pics atraches.  They were taken within seconds if one another. 20180526_070806.jpg

Try a restart by holding the left and bottom right buttons for about 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo. That should fix most problems.
