Ionic - data not cleared sync and try again

I received my replacement ionic from fitbit - the screen when I turn it on is showing data not cleared - sync and try again, it wont connect to my fitbit at all.

 

I have rebooted it (holding the 3 buttons) numerous times, cleared the data of fitbit app and have reinstalled it, disconnected of my phone Bluetooth and nothing is working, any ideas?

Hi @Clio89, welcome to the community.

 

Have you tried going into you phones Bluetooth settings and unpairing/forgetting the Ionic from there? Once you've done that try the setup process in the fitbit app again.

Yes and I have tried on another iPhone, no luck. It won't even switch on now without the charger! Nightmare!
