Ionic dead after update tracker.

On 10 November I ran and swam, my ionic can't not track the heart rate. And when I slept at this night (see picture at 1am and 3am), this ionic was automatic count the step. I think it is crazy so the next day I decided to reset my ionic. 
After that, my Ionic can't count the step and heart rate after I update the tracker.

What should i do now?
