Ionic dead and will not charge

Evening Guys.

I have had my Ionic for about 14 months and it has not skipped a beat. Today in a matter of 5-6 hours it has lost a full charge and the green lights on the back are not flashing.

I have tried a couple of charging units and nothing after 3 hours. If I press a button it will show me that it is charging but it clearly isn’t?

Any ideas?

Welcome to the Community @Adz72. Thanks for the details mentioned and for tried charging it. 

It's pretty weird that your Ionic lost its full charge. I would like you to make sure that you've restarted it and try charging it again but this time, try changing USB ports.

Looks like it is charging but the the battery level does not increase even after being on for 9 hours.

greens lights on the back have stopped working as well.

You'll be offered a replacement and then only have what's left of the warranty from the original purchase. So next ionic will only have and 8 moth warranty. Bare in mind before accepting a replacement 😀

Had the same thing happen to me today.  Had a clock reading but now nothing. I called they responded with you can get a new one with 25% off.   Really??  So not happy.
