All, ionic all of sudden dead. Tried 3 buttons reset and reinstalled everything, after that, it will just keep looping or keep restarting itself. Tried it multiple times and still the same thing.

Fitbit team, this is scattered issue . I think you should have a corrective action plan in place to have it fixed ?? Everyone is talking about this and leaving negative reviews everywhere including bestbuy site
