Ionic not holding charge

Since updating my ionic last week the battery isn’t holding charge for more than 2 days and today the screen isn’t displaying anything but lines

it won’t reset and I presume it’s fubar!

anyone had issues with last update or know of any remedies?

I have been having the same issue ever since I updated my Ionic with the latest software version. The steps are not working, the heart rate is not working, and the battery will die within 8 hours. I used to get 3-4 days before the update.
