Without warning or symptom, the screen on my Ionic has gone blank. There are feint vertical lines on the right half of the screen but nothing else. I have tried a hard restart but nothing works, Any ideas?

Hi, you mentioned that the team would email me. I have had an automatic follow-up asking if I am satisfied with the answer but no one else has contacted me and no one has offered an explanation. Can you help please?

The Screen on my ionic abruptly went black one day. I charged it for 2 days - still black. Then did the pushing buttons thing and the battery charge icon showed up on the screen. Plugged it in to charge it and the screen worked - for about 5 minutes. Now it is constently going black and then having a normal screen. I'll go on a jog and the watch works at the start of my jog and by the end it is black. I can look at the screen and it shows the time then -poof- it goes black while I'm looking at it. Then 10 minutes later it works without me doing anything. I try to push the buttons to no avail. Its now a crapshoot as to if my screen works or not when i look at it. I do nothing to get it to display- it just periodically works than just doesn't. I've had this watch for less than 5 months.
