Jabra Pulse Bluetooth Head Set issues with ionic

Been trying for the last two days to pair the Jabra Pulse heads set with ionic and listen to deezer tunes... no luck hours on the the chat with Fitbit and done everything from factory reset etc downloaded music, deleted app etc... no luck. It plays for 2 sec then stops for 2 sec then plays for 2 sec. Is this because the earphones also do pulse?  Any help as so far no ideas...

Any update? Do we have a time frame for the resolution with your tech team? I believe that Fitbit should be selling this product and informing the customer that 3rd party headphones do not work with the ionic and versa! As this is causing a lot of issues for people. Can someone from the complaints department please contact me.
