My fitbit ionic which I have been using for 3 years cannot be connected to any of my phones with the error below:
Cannot Pair!
the device has been locked and cannot be paired.
I just recently know that there is a recall for this. Im trying to do the recall process but it needs for the ionic to be linked to my account. Please help!!!
