Ionic didn't reset at midnight

So it’s 12:55am and my Fitbit Ionic’s steps should have reset at 12:00am, however my steps and floors haven’t reset. My calories, sleep and active hours have reset. Please help!

A warm welcome to the Community @JackMcCulloch. I appreciate the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

Sorry to hear that your Ionic didn't reset at midnight. You can manually log driving and this will delete the extra data you got today, after this, you can restart your Ionic and make sure it has the correct timezone.
