Ionic died during a swim

Hi,

I went for a swim last week and my Fitbit hasn’t worked since. I’m in communication with them via email although a week later I am no further on. I had the watch longer than a year but surely entitled to a replacement as it appears to be not fit due use! 

Can anyone recommend a watch that is fully waterproof as not sure I want to stick with Fitbit now as I want to increase swim activity.
