Ionic stopped working

This has been my third fitbit in the past couple years and each one has had it's own issues. My first device was the charge HR and eventually the band started coming loose. Support was helpful and I got that one replaced. Eventually the same thing happened. I went to support and they helped me and they offered a discount on my next purchase. I went with the Ionic as at the time it was top of the line and I thought my problems were gone. I loved this new device and treated it well, not even taking it into the shower with me as I didn't want anything to go wrong. One day it stopped working completely and wouldn't charge. I have tried cleaning all the contacts on it gently but to no avail. Every few weeks I try it again but still no luck. Has anyone had similar issues/solutions to the issue?

I have tried all these and it still isn't charging/turning on.
