The Ionic worked yesterday during the day. I received the email about the weekly stats, and noticed that my information was not recorded for the week. at that point, I looked at the app, phone, etc to see if there was a connection between the two. Nope. Nada. I charged it overnight and nothing-no watch face, green heartbeat lights on the back side of the unit. Removed the unit from the app and did a hard reset. Still nothing. Is there anything else that can be done to try to revive the unit?

Hey @taylors_dad , have you tried restarting your phone too? Otherwise you will probably need to contact customer service.
