Ionic died

Charging my Ionic and found that it had died.  This is a replacement Ionic as this happened previously when Fitbit implemented an update.

Have pressed the buttons in sequence to restart - nothing.  No green lights at charging site, black screen.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Amazing how bereft I felt.

Good news is that the restart sequence eventually worked!

Perhaps you'll be lucky, too. Keep trying.

Same thing happened today! And it is also a replacement. I am so disappointed.

I had 13% and went to charge it this am and now does not even turn on. This is the 1st time ever had trouble with it. Only had of 6 months.
