Ionic display gone suddenly!

Hi Folks at Fitbit. I use a Moto X force and a day before my fitbit display just went out ! I tried all buttons , I tried updating settings ,also tried to change the clock face but nothing's happening ( says unable to connect). It's not synicing as well. It's hardly 2 months since I got it and I was using all features. Not sure what to do. 

By the way the the neon rays /infra on the bottom is constantly on ! I tried to charge it overnight and see if it comes on but the battery is also full now without any display.

 

Pls help ASAP!

May be a silly question,but have you ensured that it is set to auto display and not manual? Hold the left side button for a few seconds and the option will come up to change the setting between manual and auto.

Hey Joe. Thanks for your prompt help. Well this actually happened after I
set it on auto display! I also tried the left button with long hold but it
won't come alive with any option. I am worried maybe the display has gone
altogether but if that's so ,don't understand why as it had no physical
hit/impact or anything like that for it to stop working or go bad. .
