Hello,
The display of my Ionic stopped working this morning.
The Ionic is still connected to my iPhone and transmitting data but the display is not responding. I can see just a slight white line on the right side (see picture).
After switching on / off and reseting it for several times and as nothing worked I tried to perform the Factory Reset. But now as the display is dead I can't see the 4 digits code to go to the next step.
And yes, I tried to connect with the customer service but due to the current situation the customer service seems to be not available.
Looking through the forum it seems to be a common issue especially with devices just running out of warranty.
Anyone experiencing the same issue or has any suggestions for resolution?
