Ionic i Black and will not turne on again after Update.

A warm welcome to the Community @Chrisoeh. I would like you to try restarting it. Also, try charging it using different USB ports.

I’ve tryed chargeing and resetting now over 2 days and it’s still dark and not responding when i updatet i hade 69% batteri and the ionic went Black in seconds. After the fitbit logo aperd it never came back. And after cheking out the forum there where 19 simular casees in the forum whit in 50 minutes.
