Hi, can anyone help here please. Since yesterday my Fitbit ionic keeps changing the time zone to Los Angeles and I’m in the uk. This is obviously then giving me the wrong times and days. I keep manually re setting, but it keeps changing back. I’ve done all possible to reset the fit bit, but it remains the same. Any suggestions please.

Hllo @Tabs19706 thanks for bringing this to my attention, I'm happy to help you today with your timezone concern and to give you a warm welcome to our Community Forums.
Thank you for taking the time to troubleshooting this situation prior posting. If you haven't already done so, please follow the instructions below to edit your time zone setting:
1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down to the Time section and choose the time zone that best reflects your current location. You can also select 12-hour or 24-hour time display format here.
4. Sync your Ionic to update your time zone.
Also, make sure that the timezone settings of your mobile device are correctly configured because the Fitbit app will use this information for your device. Instead of using automatic location you can set it up manually too.
I'll be around if you need anything else. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

i am having the same issue. setting the timezone automatically doesn't work, it will just automatically switch back to my home city.
even if I choose this manually, once I get out and back to the "advanced settings" screen it automatically changes back to my home city.
any resolutions for this? i definitely do not have this problem with my charge 2/3

Hello @hannna welcome aboard, it's a pleasure to assist you with your concern.
Thank you for taking in consideration the information that was previously posted, seems odd that the timezone automatically changes. To better assist you, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Did you traveled recently? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following:
