Since the update was to frequent and I had tried to catch up by updating the version..but at one time, the display keeps showing a square 45-degree angle..Please reply and assist me to fix it.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To resolve this situation and if you haven't already done so, please restart your Ionic following the next steps:

 

  1. For Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition and Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
