Ionic doers not sync deezer playlist

I am trying to sync my deezer playlist on my Ionic but managed to do so only for a few files.

Basically I can see the list on the Ionic, but not the files.

If i start the manual sync trought teh FitBit app I see the Ionic comments to wifi and start syncing but it stops aftre few minuts with no progress.

Any help?

Update:

Basically many songs cannot be dowloaded fro deezer and unsed in the Ionic.

Seems odd that your Fitbit Ionic will not sync your Deezer playlist, thanks for your effort and patience with this situation. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I listen to Deezer playlists on my Fitbit watch? and move forward to this part: Why can't I download playlists to my Fitbit watch? for some troubleshooting steps to rectify this situation.

You cannot download all the songs from Deezer. There are some restrictions,
but it seems that Garmin does not have these restrictions.


So the workaround is to create a new list for your Fitbit watch (ionoc)
deezer app.
Download your list as you would do it normally.
Then check on your watch which songs have not been download from the playlist.
Go on deezer app or web account and remove those songs from your list
because they cannot be downloaded due to some restrictions impose by deezer
itself.
Now add new songs to your list and repeat the process until you reach
maximum storage capacity.


Unless there is a better way to replicate the above process and considered
that we are in 2019, this is totally ridiculous!! and that is why I am
returning my watch for a full refund.
