Fitbit did not track for 3 hours

Apparently, my Fitbit did not track any steps/activity for approximately 3 hours; which included 90 minutes mowing the yard.  Is there any way to get that information, or is it pretty much gone?

Hi @tgwiegand1 welcome to the Community Forums! Thanks for bringing this situation to my attention, it's a pleasure for me to help you with your Ionic device.

Seems odd that your Fitbit didn't record your stats for 3 hours, certainly this is not a common situation. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and if you experienced such situation many times since then? I recommend you to restart your device to refresh its performance. Also, you can add the approximate amount of steps with the instructions that are specified on our help article: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
