My fitbit Ionic is no longer holding a charge and my phone is unable to detect it. I have tried to let it die, to "restart" it, to forget it on my phone and find it again, nothing. And it wont last a full day anymore. It first stopped tracking my heart rate, then I let it die and recharged it, the heart rate monitor worked again, but it died that same day. Then the next day, I couldn't sync it to my phone so now I can't even use it to tell time or track anything. I need to file a warranty claim because I just bought this watch in December. If it didn't cost me so much, I probably would have thrown this thing away.. this watch is such a headache. The website is not showing me where I can submit a claim and is telling me to contact customer service, but all I am getting is the loading page when I try. Does anyone know how to file a warranty claim?
