Hi

My Ionic does not register when I am waking up. For example yesterday I woke and was moving around (making breakfast etc) at 08.45, my Fitbit had me waking at 10.05! I have the sleep setting on sensitive. Any help please?

Hey @Dawnytaz, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Has this ever happened to you before? I can't guarantee that it won't happen again but you can try to restart your Ionic by following these instructions, so you keep getting accurate sleep data.
