Ionic does not sync after the last app update

Ionic worked fine since bought. On 7/2/19 new iOS app propagated. Ionic stopped syncing after update:

 

- iOS 12.3.1

- IPhone xs

 

Ionic version 33.1.30

 

App version 3.0

 

I have rebooted both devices, reinstalled the appmanager. It is the app that is at fault
