I Have the ionic and a huawei p10 lite. Since yesterday the watch does not sync with the Phone. I tried every step. I turned off and on the Bluetooth, I unistalled the app and then install it again. I restarted the watch and I removed from the app to connect again as a result the app finds the watch but cannot connect with it.
Need help please

Hi, @PPaschal1908, unfortunately the "lite" versions of the Huawei phone have significant syncing problems to the extent that Fitbit has said they not compatible. Here is Fitbit's statement on the subject:
WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT USING MY FITBIT DEVICE WITH A HUAWEI PHONE?
Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent Huawei Lite models, including P8 and P9 Lite, from syncing with some devices, like Fitbit devices, our products are not compatible with these mobile phones.
My understanding is that this is a widespread issue with Huawei lite phones -- not just Fitbits.
I am surprised that it ever synced, but you should expect to have frequent, if not permanent, issues syncing to that phone.
If you have a computer or tablet that is compatible you could sync that way

I understand that but can You explain to me how is it possible that I set it up with my Phone and worked for 3 Days? Also my Phone its not p8 or p9. Its p10 and as i said it was working. I connected the ionic with an older device, a nexus 5 and after that its was sync with the watch...

Nope, I cannot explain that. But the story is the same. The Lite version works intermittently, if at all, with MANY Bluetooth devices (not just Fitbits). Similar issues with Garmins is my understanding and a wide range of other BT devices.
The article I gpquoted from Fitbit uses P8 and P9 as examples. It does not indicate that the problem is limited to these phones. Basically it is my understanding that this is a problem for all "lite" versions, as apparently they handle bluetooth differently.
If you find a solution, that would be great, please post it here... but I have not seen a single user of an Huawei Lite phone (any version) who has manged to make it work consistently (or even more than once in a blue moon) with Fitbits.
I appreciate that the fact that it worked briefly gives you hope -- it's the hope that kills you!
