Hi today my fitbit ionic self reset and after the reset it never came on, I tried that bottoms reset but nothing work. After looking at my watch I notice dirt on the screen edges and it was then that I saw the screen was loosed and it felt out of the watch. Does this problem it's cover in waranty??

That should definitely be covered under warranty. Contact Fitbit support here.

It wouldn't surprise me if it was, but I would contact Support just to be sure.
