Hi today my fitbit ionic self reset and after the reset it never came on, I tried that bottoms reset but nothing work. After looking at my watch I notice dirt on the screen edges and it was then that I saw the screen was loosed and it felt out of the watch.  Does this problem it's cover in waranty??20180216_230015.jpg

That should definitely be covered under warranty. Contact Fitbit support here

It wouldn't surprise me if it was, but I would contact Support just to be sure.
