Hi,
even though the ionic had 70% last night, it turned of in the middle of the night.
I tried all morning long to charge it but it does not react nor turn on again.
I cleaned the contacts and the magnet. Did not help neither.
What else can I do?
Thank you!

I forgot to mention that I tried to reboot it as well but doesn't react.

Have you tried different charging sources, and whilst connected to a charger, press & hold all 3 buttons in until the Fitbit logo appears - then immediately release the bottom right button - holding the other two buttons in until the Ionic vibrates. Then release the remaining two buttons. Let it do its thing for a couple of minutes...

Hi Paul,
Thank you!
Unfortunately nothing of the above made the Ionic react.
Is there any other option to try?
Thank you for your help!

Some have had their Ionic spring back to life after several days, or a week or two. Keep it connected to a charger and every day or two try restarting it. Hopefully it may just spring back to life. Has happened before.
Goodluck!
