my ionic not a year old doesn't charge anymore. Different blocks, laptops etc used. Still no charging anymore. Can anyone help me what to do? I need my ionic.

@Macxtra A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. 

I would like you to follow the procedure posted in this article even though you have tried some of the steps mentioned there.
