Ionic glitching since latest update

  • Since last update my watch keeps displaying wrong time and I can't get my fitbit ionic to sync with app no matter what I do. I've tried restarting device, restarting phone, unpairing and repairing. My ionic syncs after unpairing and repairing but then says sync fail or that it's refreshing every other time I try to sync. Please provide a new update as this update has totally destroyed my ionic and it is getting very annoying

I am having this same issue. All day, my ionic has been about 5-8 minutes off and it won't sync. I tried removing device, but my phone can't find the device. I've restarted the app, my phone and my device, and have force stopped the app 4 times. I tried uninstalling the app and redownloading it, but that hasn't seemed to do anything.

I phoned customer services and they told me to send mine back and they are sending me a new one even though it was out of warranty
