Ionic doesn’t hold charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi all had my ionic a couple of months it used to hold charge 4-5 days easy. Until 3 days ago it runs out of charge twice a day meaning the watch is pretty much unusable.

I have tried hard reset on it only use the basic settings no music or anything like that. I haven’t changed anything from when it used to hold charge and work until now. Why would it be doing this? Any ideas or help would be appreciated

Adding to that I just checked now and even while charging it has gone from 70% charged and while still on charge it has gone down to 56%.....

Thats true I was able to get in touch with the support team however was told there was nothing they could do as the watch had been purchased 3 years ago. The watch is unusable now it wont charge at all or says it is fully charged then says 0% charge minutes later. I have resorted to using an older watch now and will need to look at buying a new seeing as apparently Ionics can not be fixed......

I have had lots of questions and no answers they support team said they checked the watch couldn’t help and doesn’t come under warranty and to pretty much get a new one. I think the words support team are being used loosely really. Disappointing for an expensive watch really

You are welcome for my responses although I aren’t sure I would be in the Fitbit community after being stuck with a watch that doesn’t work. Not a great experience with Fitbit at all but thanks for replying anyway
