Ionic doesn't pair, app won't sync

The Fitbit app didn't sync for a few days. To solve this I've tried all the options mentioned in the forum. I also removed my ionic from the app, now it won't pair. This is already my second Ionic. Any suggestions?

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, restart your Ionic as described in this help article. After this, try setting up your Ionic from scratch as instructed in this help page and see if it connects with your phone properly.

Getting this too.

I've done all the things that are troubleshoot or fix this but still not syncing.

It managed to sync once yesterday when I was on Wifi but nothing since.

Hi JuanJoFitbit,

As I mentioned earlier I did everything I read in the forum, except your last option setting up from scratch. I resetted my Ionic to factory settings, had some issues,  but then it went through the setup and update process and now it is working.

But now another issue appeared. Apps won't install. They stay in the install mode and I can't stop the installation process. How to solve this problem?

 

The issue with not installing apps is solved. This morning when I looked under 'my apps' they were all updated and installed. 

With the not sync and pairing issues I lost 3 days of data. But I can live with that, at least the Ionic on track again!
