Ionic doesn't sync HR with strava.

I have a Fitbit Ionic Adidas version and currently, I realized that my synced activities on strava don't have the HR information. Is this normal?

Welcome to the Community @jMcb27! Thanks for letting me know you have a Fitbit Ionic Adidas version. Robot Happy

 

Any activity with GPS data recorded with Fitbit will be sent to Strava and this will include heart rate data if it's available. I would like you to double check that the activities that are syncing to Strava and that you need heart rate info are recorded with GPS.

Funktioniert mit der ionic leider nicht hab früher die fitbit surge gehabt und da konnte die hr auf strava übertragen werden das ist bei der ionic nicht mehr der fall bitte um eine lösung
