Ionic doesn't turn on

My Ionic won't turn on, I've tried the following:

• Charged for hours on end
• Cleaned the contacts
• Used different USB ports
• Used a new cable
• Pressing and holding both the back (left) and bottom buttons and no response
• Pressing all three buttons and also no response

Cut your losses and move on. This is happening to all ionics from what I can tell. There seems to be an issue with them that causes the ionic to not work after some number of months. There is no fix and all they will offer you is a 25% discount on a future product.

Call customer service and they will ship u a new one in less then 7 days.
