Hi my ionic is draining battery too fast,less than 24h. It all started with an irresposive screen, turned off then on, resseted it 2 times same thing, any ideas?

This could be happening as a result of many things, like usage. Some apps and clock faces drain more battery than other. GPS activities does the same. Please take a look at this helpful article to check other things that may be draining the battery fast and how ti improve the battery power of your Fitbit device.

Mine is draining as well used to last 4 to 5 days now I have to charge daily.

I have the same problem. It lasts a day and a half at best. Turning off features hasn't made a jot of difference. The following features are off:
All day sync
Reminders to move
Lighting up automatically when I move my wrist.
Notification service
It's not on always connected
The keep alive widget is off.
I don't listen to music or use it for payment, texts, etc
How do we go about getting the battery tested. I have had it for 14 months.
I am injured so I'm not exercising with it, just the occasional walk.
The watch face is the one which came with it.
Basically I am using it for counting steps, heart rate and sleep.
