@Winter2006 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for taking the time to share the situation you are experiencing with the battery of your Ionic draining too fast. Thanks for restarting your watch in order to sort this out.

This could be happening as a result of many things, like usage. Some apps and clock faces drain more battery than other. GPS activities does the same. Please take a look at this helpful article to check other things that may be draining the battery fast and how ti improve the battery power of your Fitbit device.

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy

I have the same problem.  It lasts a day and a half at best.  Turning off features hasn't made a jot of difference.  The following features are off:

All day sync

Reminders to move

Lighting up automatically when I move my wrist.

Notification service

It's not on always connected

The keep alive widget is off.

I don't listen to music or use it for payment, texts, etc

How do we go about getting the battery tested.  I have had it for 14 months.

I am injured so I'm not exercising with it, just the occasional walk.

The watch face is the one which came with it.

Basically I am using it for counting steps, heart rate and sleep.
