Ionic email & text notificaations

My Galaxy S7 Active says it is paired to my Ionic, and says it was synced 5 minutes ago.  When I go to my Online Fitbit Account it also says my Ionic was synced 5 minutes ago.  I do not get any notifications on my Ionic, and when I go Bluetooth + New Device on my Ionic it says No Device Found.  What am I missing?

@pinkstuff Welcome to the Fitbit family! That is strange! The very first thing you can do to get this better is re setting the notifications. Please check this helpful article in which you will find all the steps you can try.

 

As your Ionic is syncing properly, I believe that doing the steps above should help you out for sure.
